We design a hybrid protein extraction and transformation technology which combines green chemistry with biotechnology. Our technology is well thought out and versatile, we can use a variety of local and regional pulse grains (peas, fava, lentil, chickpea). We offer secure access to new and diversified sources of alternative plant-based proteins, manufactured in Galicia, Spain, under the highest of standards, and supported by validated nutritional and sensory science, as well as expert application assistance.

The production facility in Curtis, A Coruña has been designed under a circular economy and zero waste management approach where coproducts will be transformed into new ingredients.
